- The hotel is clean and not old we loved it. Breakfast was a big hit! I highly recommend this hotel I was looking at the other hotels around the area and it looks like this would be the best bet.
- clean, comfortable rooms and beds, nice swimming pool
- Very clean and had a good breakfast.
Cons -
- The front desk clerk really didn¿t give you that welcoming vibe. They weren¿t rude. The location is perfect it¿s right off the freeway, if you just need to stop for the night and continue your travels. It was far from Chuatemoc downtown for shopping
- there was only one coffee cups in each room, and they should have a minimum of 4

All everything perfect
The property and facilities are well kept. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and spacious. My family and I do a lot of traveling and I would put this hotel in the top 3 hotels I have stayed at worldwide. This hotel is by the far nicest property I have stayed at in Mexico.
Very clean, well located, Great installations and very helpful staff.

Very good hotel and room. Was a little room but enough space for just 1 night
The shower handle fall when l was in the shower. try to put it back or just turn down the hot water. And the sink was dirty. I don't know if they forgot cleaning oh the water was dirty because look like brown and greasy.
Parking lot is very spacious
The beds where really uncomfortable, the breakfast service was sloow. They didn’t restock as often.
Location, staff, breakfast. Everything was excelen. Breakfast was amazing!
The room was very clean
The room next to us have a big family making noise and baby’s yelling during all night
Great location, nice people, clean and comfortable. Room service is great. For what we paid we are not to complain about anything.
The breakfast has little choices and very boring after 4 days or so, but we only paid what a budge hotel would ask for, and so we are totally happy with it. Just 50m from the hotel is La Sierra Thiessens with great food. The only other thing is the water pressure in the shower, or differently put, the lack of water pressure, as well as the temperature of the water I couldn't figure out how to regulate.
